Customer Service Specialist

GoNetspeed is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

  • Be the friendly voice of GoNetspeed
  • Help customers with billing and technical questions
  • Learn to navigate our customer database and keep records up to date
  • Monitor and track customer sign-ups and respond to questions about product offering
  • Become familiar with the GoNetspeed business model
  • Be open to taking on other tasks related to making GoNetspeed successful
  • Assist customers with questions about signing up for our service or creating an account
  • Fully understand and navigate scheduling system

Required Skills

  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Good technical computer skills
  • Professional communications skills are a must
  • Ability to work well and efficiently in an office environment
  • Experience in customer service or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years in professional office environment


  • A.A.S in Computer Information Systems is preferred or high school diploma with other related experience
