Job Description
- Be the friendly voice of GoNetspeed
- Help customers with billing and technical questions
- Learn to navigate our customer database and keep records up to date
- Monitor and track customer sign-ups and respond to questions about product offering
- Become familiar with the GoNetspeed business model
- Be open to taking on other tasks related to making GoNetspeed successful
- Assist customers with questions about signing up for our service or creating an account
- Fully understand and navigate scheduling system
Required Skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Good technical computer skills
- Professional communications skills are a must
- Ability to work well and efficiently in an office environment
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in professional office environment
Education
- A.A.S in Computer Information Systems is preferred or high school diploma with other related experience
