- Installing and configuring computer hardware and software components for new users
- Installing an configuring IP based phones including call manager knowledge
- Troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged hardware
- Installing a centralized software management system to enable compatible software on all computers
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level
- Configuring and maintaining VM server environments
- Patching computers and servers
- Configuring and maintaining back office software and devices
- Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
- Tracking and reporting of tasks in CRM software systems
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues
- Conducting daily backup operations
- Managing technical documentation
