GoNetspeed is looking for a Inside Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Description

As a member of our inside sales team, you’ll be following up on warm leads from residential and small business customers who have previously indicated their interest on our website and other channels.  You’ll represent our superior line of Fiber To The Home (FTTH) symmetrical high speed internet and telephone products with these customers and help customers complete the purchase process.  In addition, team members will contact existing customers to share offers for faster internet service and related services,
This base plus commission role is ideal for a motivated, self-starter who enjoys working with people over the phone. Cold calling is not required -  your focus will be exclusively on following up customer provided leads and working with existing customers.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Inside Sales Associates will promote and sell services to new customers/up sell services to existing customers via outbound sales campaigns.
  • ISA will have sales goals based on general selling and specific campaigns. A commission plan is offered for sales/upsells made.
  • ISA must be proficient in organizing and prioritizing of tasks through completion including documenting all activity related to tasks.   
  • ISA must document all customer contact real time within the billing system or CRM. They must be proficient in the creation and modification of customers services and accounts.
  • All ISA’s will have a working knowledge of pricing, availability and function of the services and equipment available to their customers across our service footprint.
  • ISA’s may perform review procedure for Service Order process to ensure compliance of SOP.
  • ISA’s will process appropriate paperwork as needed for all customers.
  • ISA’s will prepare and send ordered equipment and pertinent information to customers including letters, notifications, welcome packets and required equipment use instructions.    
  • ISA’s will respond to customer correspondence via phone, email, and mail, documenting or attaching all correspondence (voice or electronic) in the customer’s account.
  • ISA’s will execute professional and effective communications with all other departments.
  • ISA’s will be mindful of and adhere to all State and Federal rules and regulations as dictated by the company across the GoNetspeed footprints.  This includes, but is not limited to: CPNI, FCRA, FACT, and Red Flags.
  • ISA’s will perform all other related duties as assigned by management. *

High School diploma or equivalent plus five years of customer service experience.
