Plex users may require a public IP address due to Plex’s inability to support double NAT networks.

Refund Policy – GoNetspeed bills customers on a month-to-month basis. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service, simply discontinue the service. Discontinued services will no longer be billed starting with the next billing cycle.

Delivery Policy – GoNetspeed will connect confirmed orders on a best-efforts basis, usually within 30 days.
